For about a decade, fitness boot camp type workouts have been a great way to get in shape. Just like anything else, there comes a time for a change, a shift, and detour from the grind.
If fitness trend setter John Spencer Ellis has his way, TACTIX will lead the new fitness generation.
John Spencer Ellis knows a thing or two about fitness trends. He has been creating them for almost 20 years. His well-known Adventure Boot Camp is enjoyed by millions all over the world. You may have seen it featured on The Real Housewives of Orange County.
His also created such programs as Kung-fu Fitness and IMPACT. Recently, he founded the MMA Conditioning Association. The “MMACA” as it’s known, started the MMA fitness revolution that is keeping pace with the fastest growing sport in the world, mixed martial arts. Ellis’ latest creation is TACTIX. It’s not your mother’s cardio kickboxing workout with lots of jazzy dance moves. It’s hard core, intense and a major fat burner.
“TACTIX is a cool combination of martial arts, fitness boot camp, group exercise, self-defense and yoga specific to martial arts,” says Ellis. “When fitness pros and martial arts instructors learn to teach TACTIX, we also give them a proven business model. We want them to be financially successful; not just great instructors. We want them to have it all,” he adds.
Fitness enthusiasts and workout junkies can look for TACTIX programs coming to their area in 2011. Fitness pros, gym owners and martial arts instructors can begin training on October 26, 2010. Details can be found at http://www.tactixmethod.com.
